Puppy Agreement
If you plan to purchase a puppy, please print and fill out this puppy agreement and send it with your deposit. Specify color, sex or (no preference) of puppy you wish to purchase.

Balance must be paid in cash

A
deposit in the amount of $250 is required to hold the puppy of
your choice.
The outstanding balance shall be paid in Cash,
before the purchaser obtains possession of the puppy. The puppy will be
picked up at our home between 6-7 weeks unless other arrangements have
been made in writing and shown below.

To the best of my knowledge and belief, this pup is in sound health and free from communicable diseases, at the time of sale but no further guarantee is made. Upon taking possession of the above canine you agree to have this dog Neutered/Spayed between the ages of 5-9 months. The puppy you purchased comes with a limited registration and is for pet only.
There are no refunds on deposits. This deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase transaction of the puppy. Seller reserves the right to void this transaction. If some tragic accident were to happen, and the puppy should die before it goes home by all means we would return the deposit to you unless you wanted to apply it to another puppy if one is available.
This
health guarantee is valid only to the buyer named below if the puppy is
examined by a veterinarian within 3
days from date of purchase and returned to the seller immediately
with a letter from buyer's veterinarian stating the medical reason for
returning puppy. Buyer acknowledges that if buyer proceeds with medical
treatment from his/her veterinarian, instead of immediately returning
the puppy to the seller, then this guarantee is null and void. If the
puppy is returned within the 3-day guarantee period as specified herein,
seller shall determine at its sole discretion what medical treatment
shall be performed at the seller's expense. If the puppy cannot be
returned to good health within 72 hours of its return, then the seller
shall exchange the puppy for another puppy of the same gender and of
equal value at once, if available. If seller has no other similar
puppies of comparable value available, then buyer shall receive a refund
for the purchase price of that puppy. All puppies are sold as pet
quality. Seller shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by
the buyer after purchase of his/her puppy (veterinarian fees, drugs,
x-rays, feed, supplies, etc.) nor shall seller be responsible for any
injury to any person or property after removal of said puppy from the
seller's premises.
We start new puppy owners the right way. All puppies will be sent home with our own special care package. This includes: Veterinary health record, AKC registration papers unless otherwise specified, Five generation pedigree on the puppies' parents, Soft pad for crate, Tails docked, Dew claws removed, Wormed, First series of shots, Informational Packet of Mini Tips, Groomed unless specified otherwise, A supply of Nutro Ultra Puppy food and a supply of NuVet vitamins.
We ask that our puppies be kept on NuVet Plus Canine. This Nutritional Supplement is only available through breeder recommendation. We will send you home with a care package of puppy food and vitamins to help get you started. But to insure a healthy puppy, please have this on hand before you leave our kennel. signing below, buyer acknowledges that he or she has read and reviewed
the terms of this agreement. Both parties acknowledge there are no other
warranties or representations made with respect to this puppy other than
as set forth herein, and that buyer has also printed from internet or if
picking up puppy has received a copy of this form.
